After signing up, you will be prompted to create your first survey. A screen, like the one on the below, will appear and allow you to:

1. Choose a theme from our theme library (take a peek).
2. Title your survey.
3. Provide any other optional information you find necessary.

All of the above information can be easily modified at any time during the creation of the survey.
