You are now ready to begin creating questions for your survey. The "add question" button will open a new window in which you can select a question type from a drop-down menu.

You simply type in your question and the possible answers, hit submit, and you're done!

All questions and possible answers can can easily be modified at any time during the creation of your survey. Therefore, you really can't make a mistake.
