I. Information that is being collected online from members and their respondents.

Members: When you sign up for a trial membership or as a paying full member, we collect and store only the information that you provide on a separate database server. If you have provided a credit card for payment that information is also stored. We also set a "Cookie" on your computer that contains only your email address. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer that we can access when you return to our site.

Respondents: When you respond to a survey that we host, that information is stored on our separate database server. No personal information is stored. If the survey author has opted to do so, we might set a cookie on your computer that holds information about the surveys you have responded to. This is only used to help prevent multiple responses from the same person.

II. How your information is used.

Members: We use the information you provide us to log you in to the site, charge the monthly fee to your credit card (and additional response blocks if you choose), and send you email alerts about your surveys. NO INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED WITH A THIRD PARTY FOR ANY OTHER REASON.

Respondents: The cookie we set on your computer will only be used to help to prevent you from responding to a single survey multiple times.

III. Will you use my email for marketing purposes?

No. We will never send you marketing emails.

IV. How do I completely remove my information from your site/database?

Simply send us an email at mail@feedbacktoday.com with your name and password and we will completely remove all of your information. However, if you do this, you will no long be able to access your surveys or your results.

V. How is my information secured?

When you sign up, your information is sent to us using the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol that encrypts personal information being transferred over the Internet. Your information is then stored securely on a database server that is separate from the web server. This provides an added layer of security. The database server is behind a firewall and is also password protected. Your surveys and responses are also stored on the database server which is backed-up nightly.

VI. Changes to this privacy policy.

If FeedbackToday.com changes this privacy policy, we will post it on our web site and notify users via email of the changes before the changes take effect.
